Why do you need fierce documentation?
While most people think that leverage is that one smoking gun - that one thing that’s going to change everything. While it would be awesome to have that, most of the time, the real leverage comes out of your documentation. The key is going to be in seeing the patterns, or the information that emerges from your documentation.
It’s when you analyze the data that you collect that you start to see where you can create summaries of the information, then attach the raw data as supporting documentation to the summaries. This is what becomes tremendous and bulletproof leverage. Here is where, when you compile all of this information, and then present it at the perfect time to the narcissist, he or she will be running scared out of their minds.
They won’t believe that you actually kept track of everything then put it into an organized presentable form.
Now remember, the best leverage is that which “threatens” a form of diamond level supply - one in which the narcissist will do anything to retain - so that they will have no choice but to let go of the coal source of supply, which is what they get from making your life a living hell.
Remember we are ethically manipulating the manipulator.
